I have the same problem as PamelaMG75 with "Scanner Failure" error after a minute of ratcheting sound. Was there any help for this problem?

When printing to my Laserjet pro 200 color MFP M276nw, the pages are all blank. I have tried turning the printer off and tried unplugging and replugging. That didn't help. Pages are still blank. Any suggestions?

Re: HP Officejet 6500A Plus won't awaken from sleep.
My HP OfficeJet 6500A Plus has been working fine for a while until tonight I saw the power light blinking. After I pressed thud power button, it turned off, but did not turn on again. I tried to unplug and re-plug the power chord, it will not turn on again. I'll really appreciate whoever can help me.

Fix that works for me:
While 'Initializing...' message is shown on display - open the cartridge door, then message changes to 'Door is open' then you can get to main menu of printer (wrench button) and there we can perform factory reset.

You can disassemble the printer, remove the print head and soak. I have done this although I didn't have to soak the print head - I was fixing another problem: "HP D7260 Dog Ear Paper Jam."

HP probook 450 graphics card problems
HI ! After a reboot i've seen that my HP probook 450 G1 cannot run games and i checked the graphics card drivers
it says that at my amd radeon 8750 m ;Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
and at my intel hd graphics it says : This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31) and when i try to update the drivers it says at both that acces is denied
PLEASE HELP ME !!!
P.S: my aero transparecy has problems and USB devices aren't recongnized

Reviving this thread. I've been having a problem with my OJ6400 going offline ONLY on Windows 8.1. I have a static IP address, 192.168.1.98. When queried, I can see the printer, run the web-based scanner application, etc. But the device shows offline and will not print. Further, I get the following error message when attempting to scan from the HP software:
An error occurred in the scanning software. Try the following steps. After each step, try scanning again.
- Restart the program.
- Reboot the computer.
- Reinstall the HP Photosmart software that came with the device.
Extended error information:
4,[(2,22,800-40001),(3,22,0)]
Reinstalling the HP software made everything work again temporarily, but a day later it is broken again.

Printing without APPS
I purchased an HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-one Prnter. When I want to print some articles all I get is "You can only print from APPS" why is this?. Is there a way I can get round this and print anything as I do not unerstand how to get printing from APPS.

I see you are running installation issues. It is indeed an error occuring in the laptop, as you suspected.
I would recommend following the steps in this Microsoft Forum entitled "the ordinal 459 could not be located in the dynamic link library urlmon.dll"

Method 2. No joy at all.

Wireless printer
Hi friends. First of all, I'm not tech saavy at all. I just bought a bluetooth, go figure. Also I bought an HP notebook, and wireless printer. I'm still foggy.
I have an older PC and tried to print from it, not even knowing there was no way with a wireless printer! My question is this, can my PC be made to be wireless? Best Buy (hate em!) sold me an adapter and a hub, and said that would fix it. Will it? Also, I looked at the printer box today and it says Smartphone and tablet printer! What about that? Can I still make my PC communicate with this printer? HELP HELP HELP Thanks a lot. SafireBlue

Mine gives me an error message with copying, that they recommend Color Loc paper! Are they crazy? I've got s--- loads of paper and instant ink I bought. I didn't know you had to do the number of pages you bought before they'll send you ink either.
